Description: The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The service requested is support to Command General Staff College (CGSC), School for Command Preparation (SCP) for the SCP Programs Senior Mentor. The contractor shall provide mentor support for CGSC, SCP during the Tactical Commanders Development Program (TCDP) course of instruction, approximately monthly for two to three consecutive days per month. All interested contractors must address in their proposal (when requested in the RFP) all areas of their expertise listed in this requirement. The contractors personnel shall have Minimum Qualifications as follows: Former U.S. Army four-star general, wit h maneuver Battalion, Brigade, Assistant Division Commander, Division Commander, and Combatant Command (as well as Joint Staff) experience (required); Experience in combat operations in Southwest Asia (desired); Experience in Stability Ops-Support Ops (req uired); Effective oral and written communication skills relative to the target audience of prospective Colonel-level warfighting-unit commanders (required). This is a new requirement not previously performed by the activity or a contract issued for the activity. The complete requirements will be included in the Statement of Work (SOW) issued with the Request for Proposal, which will be provided to all qualifi ed respondents. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is R499, NAICS code is 611430, and SIC code is 8299. The contractor shall provide management and daily oversight of the personnel in support of CGSC, SCPs requirements. All responses will be considered and must include proof of the ability to provide Senior mentor support to CGSC, SCP at the location specified, including brief performance information and references on the contractors abilities. The response should also p rovide GSA schedule information, contract labor categories and rates for this service.
