Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9401-05-T-0061 and will be issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500 employees. This Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. There are sixteen line items which is posted at the following address http://www.eps.gov under this solicitation number. This is a brand name or equal based on Newport model numbers. The DFARS clause 252.212-7000 - Offeror Representation and Certification – Commercial Items, (Nov 1995) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 – Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2002), applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
