- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0000, 4 EACH Adjustable high-base stool with arms (ATD-American Co. Model # 88740 or equal) features adjustable height arms, backs, footrings, back pitch, sliding seat depth and standard swivel-tilt control. Color Navy (804). CLIN 0001 20 EACH Lightweight Plastic Resin Folding Table (ATD-American Co. Model #20390 or equal), measures 30" x 72", 29" in height, 45 lbs; weather-resistant, waterproof. Color: Grey Granite top with black frame. CLIN 0002 40 EACH Poly Stacking Chair (ATD American Co. Model 46380 or equal) features contoured polypropylene seat and back; and sturdy tubular steel frame in chrome-plated finish. Color: Blue.This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F2KBAD5124A100 . This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 and DFARS Change Notice 2003-1001. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423210 , Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement.
