- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This sources sought is to identify companies or individual(s) with knowledge and expertise with a software product called Jaguar/JAGCOTs by Robbins-Gioia (R-G). Jaguar is referred to as JAGCOTs when referencing the integration of Ilog and Rogue Wave software products in conjunction with Jaguar, which provide the Web based infrastructure services required by the Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS). The government has a requirement for experienced software developers and maintainers with at least one year experience in supporting multiple Jaguar/JAGCOTs installations, e.g., Development, Test, and Production at multiple locations; provide installation and configuration support; have ability to analyze problems and recommend corrective actions to return software to an operational status. This person or persons may be required to travel and work with personnel from the Defense Systems Integration Office (DISA) facilities located at Tinker AFB Oklahoma. This JAGCOTs software product is used in an Air Force Materiel Command system called PDMSS in combination with two other commercial off the shelf products by Ilog and Rogue Wave. PDMSS itself is a web-based system that is responsible for the planning, tracking, scheduling and performance measurement activities for depot maintenance overhaul/rebuild for aircraft and missile systems. Major pieces of functionality include Projects, Master Operations, Selected Operations, Networks, and Routed Items and Definitized Guides. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Oklahoma City ALC, and Ogden ALC operate PDMSS. Only interested/capable potential offerors need respond. Documented evidence of experience working with Jaguar/JAGCOTs software must be cited with points-of- contacts named with address and contact information, so the government can verify referenced experiences. Experience with other products similar to Jaguar/JAGCOTs functionality will not qualify as substitutes for experience with Jaguar/JAGCOTs. Vendors must provide a brief, non-binding statement of interest indicating that, if at a future date, some program has a requirement for supporting R-Gs Jaguar/JAGCOTs product, that the vendor envisions participating. Responses to RFI shall be no more than ten (10) pages; Font will be Times New Roman, 12-point font size, with 1? margins. Cover page and any supplemental materials/attachments are not included in the page limitation. The Government will not release any code or request any demos in conjunction with the RFI; therefore, a non-disclosure agreement is not necessary.
