Description

**** Sole Source Requirement ***** The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor necessary to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance and repair on-site for Medical Equipment, Smart CR, FCR-XG-1, and FMDP263, at U.S. Army MEDDAC-J, Camp Zama in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and with commercial and local standards. Note: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
