Description

Project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies and materials for performing all work related to Install Air Conditioning in Building 751 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Work shall include, but is not limited to demolition of existing AC and providing new air conditioning in section A through E of the building; providing ductwork cleaning, some additional new duct work and performing the work to install underground electrical service lateral along with a new 400 Amp Main Distribution P anel. This will be a fixed-price type construction project-contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 $250,000. The NAICS code for this action is 238220, the SIC code is 1711; the size standard is $12,000,000. This procurement is U nrestricted. All responsible parties are encouraged to submit a bid. The projected solicitation issue date is on or about 15 June 2005 with responses due within 30 days subsequent to issuance, approximately 18 July 2005.
