- U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with Judy M. Venter-Gaines to assist primary investigators in Dual Use Science and Technology Projects involving Advanced Termal and Non-Thermal Processing, to optimiz e food formulations (testing as research food chef) to take advantage of the strengths of these new food processes and to minimize weaknesses.
