Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting sealed bids on solicitation number 201815B005 to furnish all effort and materials to perform concrete work on raceways and walkways, plumbing, electrical, and related miscellaneous work as part of the hatchery. Work also includes demolition of concrete. The project is located at Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery, Mohave County, Willow Beach, Arizona. Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery is located on the east side of the Colorado River, south of Hoover Dam. From Boulder City, Nevada proceed 14 miles south on Highway 93 to the Willow Beach Recreation Area turnoff, proceed down the access road 4 miles through the Recreation area to the Hatchery. The estimated price magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. The total performance period is expected to be 180 calendar days or less. Award will be on a firm fixed price, to low responsive and responsible bidder. The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit bids. The solicitation will be available on or about June 17, 2005. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held during mid term of the 30 day bidding period. Additional details will be included in the solicitation package. Copies of the Invitation for Bid package may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov; and http://www.fedbizopps.gov . Formal copies of bid packages will not be available. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The solicitation includes bid package, specifications, and plans. Please insure that that you have complete a complete package if you obtain it from the web sites indicated.
