NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. The project will consist of removal of quarry tile and replacement of same and waterproofing repairs to the underlying membrane roof on the interior courtyard. Prep, paint and repair on all interior courtyard windows. Repair of grout at the decorative terra cotta architectural elements surrounding all windows and doors. Cleaning, repair and sealing of all balcony floors and components. Resealing skylight glass panels on the main floor skylight over the main bath hall and the third floor skylight above the music room. Repair and painting the exposed metal components of the main skylight and regalvanizing main skylight ventilators. Work will be performed on the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitors Center located within the boundary of Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas. This building is historic and is included in the List of Historic Structures. The Building serves as the park visitor center and headquarters for Interpretive Division as well as supplying office space for several other vital positions and functions necessary for the day to day operations of the park. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, Business Size Standard is $28.5 Million. Contract duration is 60 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated start date for the project will be August 1, 2005. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package.
