Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for removal of 1560 cubic yards of debris (estimated). Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation and supervision required to collect and dispose of miscellaneous debris which has been stockpiled in various locations throughout the Fort Pickens historic district and recreational area of Gulf Islands National Seashore (east end of Santa Rosa Island) in Escambia county, Florida. Areas where the work shall be performed are developed recreational areas consisting of campgrounds, day use areas, roadway aprons, etc. Therefore, caution must be exercise during every phase of the operation to preserve both the infrastructure and surrounding vegetation to the maximum extent possible. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000 and $25,000. The performance period is 30 days from date of contract. The acquisition is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. NAICS code: 562119 and small business size standard: 10.5 Million dollars in annual receipts apply. Any small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns submitting an offer by the closing date cited in the solicitation shall be considered for award.
