Description

REQUIRED: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,900 usable square feet of office space in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, New York suitable for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Note: First floor (ground) contiguous single floor space is preferred. Space above ground level must be serviced by a minimum of two elevators, one of which doubles as a freight elevator. Space on not more than two contiguous floors will be considered only when at least 85% of the space is located on one floor and the storage, multipurpose room and/or video conference room will be located on the other floor. Offer must be for space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a professional image and be handicap accessible. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, NY. DELINEATED AREA: North ? Jamaica Avenue East ?
