Description

This acquisition is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Proposal documents incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27 dated 22 DEC 2004. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750 employees. The purchase is for one each Telestream FlipFactory Traffic Manager P/N: FFTM-2DDRP, FFTM-2 Server w/additional 500W AC Redundant Power Supply, 73GB 10K RPM Ultra SCSI Hard Drive, Dual Pentium IV XEON Processors, 1GB Memory, 73GB Storage capacity, 100 Base-T Ethernet Connectivity, 1RU Form Factor. Includes 2 day installation. Substitutes will not be accepted because the Telestream FlipFactory Traffic Manager is the only one that provides media file protocol conversion from Avid Unity to Sony MAV-70; thus, leaving all workstations available for work on both the Avid and Sony systems while the conversion and movement of clips is occurring. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The Contractor must complete the FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items. Offers are due by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, June 15, 2005.
