Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement to furnish all necessary qualified personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to provide the full range of Janitorial/Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services in accordance with the established AOC cleaning standards for the United States Capitol Police Facilities. The term of contract shall be from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four one-year options. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by June 10, 2005. The solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.
