- Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to 1.1.1 Mechanical. 1.1.1.1 Remove existing outdoor condensing unit, indoor oil fired furnace, flue pipe, diffusers, grilles and duct insulation. 1.1.1.2 Install new dual fuel HVAC system with outdoor heat pump unit, indoor oil fired furnace with heat pump indoor coil, humidifier, flue pipe with flashing, diffusers, grilles and duct insulation. Install new programmable thermostat and outdoor thermostat for dual fuel operation of HVAC system. 1.1.1.3 Install additional insulation in attic spaces. 1.1.2 Electrical: 1.1.2.1 Remove electrical power wiring from outdoor condensing unit to safety switch; remove safety switch and circuit breaker. Remove electrical power wiring from indoor furnace to panel; remove circuit breaker. 1.1.2.2 Install new power wiring, safety switch, and circuit breaker for new outdoor heat pump unit. Install new power wiring, circuit breaker, and safety a safety switch for the new indoor furnace. 1.2 Unit Work Item: 1.2.1 Temporary Heating and Cooling: Provide temporary heating and/or cooling during construction and maintain temporary heating and /or cooling until completion of the project. Period of performance is 45 DANTP. This procurement is estimated Between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
