Description: The intent of this contract is for the Contractor to furnish and install 13(thirteen) steel road closure gates and appurtenances at various road locations. Additionally, the contract requires removal and disposal of 6(six) existing, non-functional gates. The gates will be located on the Amador and Placerville Ranger Districts on the Eldorado National Forest, in the general area along Hwy 50 for two gates and south of Hwy 88 for the other eleven gates. Estimated start work date July 25, 2005. Contract time 60 days. Estimated solicitation issue date 6/20/2005.
