Description
PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STANDARD COMPETITION under Solicitation No. DOL041RP00034 entitled, ?Public Announcement of A-76 Study for Accounting Services. A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), standard competition in performance of general Federal accounting, financial and program operations of the Office of Financial and Administrative Services function. DOL has completed a standard competition for accounting services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003). On May 31, 2005, the standard competition form (SCF) was certified by the Source Selection Authority and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of this function will remain in-house (performance by incumbent Government personnel totaling 15). The solicitation was competed as total small business set-aside. Three proposals were received in this competition. The total contract amount is $7,934,885. The period of performance is 12 months plus four 1-year options at the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, a directly interested party may contest any of the actions described in Attachment B, F. Contests ? 1. of the Circular. The pursuit of a contest by a directly interested party and resolution of such contest by the agency shall be governed by the procedures of FAR Subpart 33.103. A copy of the SCF shall be made available upon request.
