Description

Provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary for periodic and full preventive maintenance, emergency repair and inspection of the Alcon Legacy Phaco and Alcon Legacy 20K Phaco Systems, and Alcon Accurus 600DS Opthalmic Surgical System, located at the VA Medical Center Atlanta, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, Georgia. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0018-05 is advertised as full and open competition with NAICS Code 811219 with the size standard of $6.0M. Interested.
