Description: THE VISN 6 CAS will issue on or about June 22, 2005, IFB 246-05-01959, HVAC Corrections, Phase 2. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to replace the existing antiquated fan coil units located on several floors of Building 1. Work includes mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and general trades. Cost estimate for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Procurement is 100% set-aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned, small businesses. NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $12M. The date and time of the pre-bid conference will be contained in the solicitation. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
