Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-05-RQ-0011 for the following supplies: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary for providing 1,440 blank granite columbarium niche covers, finished and ready for inscribing, to Northern California Veterans Cemetery, 11800 Gas Point Road, Igo, California 96047. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Requests for a hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to Cheryl Harding, Contract Specialist. Requests for hard copy must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference the solicitation number on remittance. Hard copy solicitations will be available on or about June 8, 2005, via the ordinary mail. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about June 8, 2005. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., June 29, 2005.
