- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ F2E3CE5119A100 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) FA4801-05-T-0302. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY AWARD. Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard: 339111; Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. Fisher Scientific part numbers or equivalent. If quoting on equivalent please provide descriptive literature allowing for a technical evaluation to be made. CLIN 0001 ? (1 EA) HMLAB007 9? STAND HEIGHT WALL ASSEMBLY WITH WALL CABINET. CLIN 0002 ?(2 EA) HM700H6330 WALL CASE 36X30X13. CLIN 0003 ? (2 EA) HM42L005CW SINGLE DECK MOUNT FAUCET. FOB: Destination for delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Required delivery date: 30 days after award. Responsibility and Inspection: supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control (QC). The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award shall be based on a lowest overall price to the Government. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with quote.
