Description

Sources Sought Notice and Notice of Intent. The U.S. Military Academy is seeking sources that have software which performs simulations for actual industrial controllers used by engineers in chemical plants. Controllers are Honeywell TDC-3000, Yokog awa CS, Texas Instruments CVU10000, Rosemount RMV9000, and Bailey INFI-90. Companies that have software which perform the aforementioned simulations are requested to submit descriptive literature regarding their product. Responses to this notice must be r eceived within two calendar days of the date of this notice via email. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. If no responses are received with descriptive literature meeting the requirement, then the U.S. Military Academy in tends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Simulation Solutions Inc, 179 Avenue at the Common, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702. The applicable NAICS is 511210 and the size standard is $21 million. A determination by the Government not to compete t his requirement, upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
