Description: This acquisition is to update and develope training materials of all current PATRIOT training courses. It will be a Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee type contract. This contract will be for a base year with options; a first option year with options and a seco nd option year with options. Performance for the base year will be 15 Dec 2005 thru 14 Dec 2006; first option year performance, if exercised, will be 15 Dec 2006 thru 14 Dec 2007; and second option performance, if exercised, will 15 Dec 2007 thru 14 Dec 20 08.
