The solicitation pac kage and all amendments can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil The set-aside restriction has been changed to unrestricted. No oral or written requests for the solicitation package will be honored. All vendors that provide a quotation must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the time of award. The registration can be accomplished at the website: http://www.ccr.gov This is a re-advertisement of a previous requirement that was a small business set-aside. See Number ed Note 22 except change the forty-five days to ten days.
