Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204, intends to issue a Purchase Order to Propulsion Systems, Inc, 609 NW 45th Street, Seattle, WA 98107. This procurement is to recondition two c ontrollable pitch propeller hubs for the dredge Essayons. Statutory authority for other than Full and Open Competition exists in 10 USC 2304 (C) (1). Firms that recognize and can furnish the required services are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer for consideration in future solicitations.
