- Description
- The Center for Health Care Contracting, MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to pursue a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Personal/Non-Personal Services Task Order Contract to provide Dental Servic es for various Army locations in CONUS, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. This contract is intended to be awarded for a base and four (4) option years. The services will be provided by General Dentists, Endodontists, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Prostho dontists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Therapy Assistants, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Assistants, Prophylaxis Technicians, Basic Dental Laboratory Technicians, Porcelain Ceramists, and Dental Assistants. This procurement will be a Request for Prop osal to contractors that are certified in the SBAs 8(a) Business Development Program only. For information purposes, the NAICS code for this acquisition is 621210 and Small Business size standard is $6.0 Mil. Solicitation W81K04-05-R-0027 will be issued on or about 30 Jun 2005 with a closing date of 30 days after issue date.
