- (i) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number N68335-05-T-0065 is issued as a competitive request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. (iv) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) are as follows: CLIN 0001: (Qty 4ea)Boroscope R060-078-090-50ABS, P/N 2100139, Includes: Boroscope, P/N 7247702 and Boroscope Case P/N 3909549, CLIN 0002:(Qty 3ea)ILH-2A, Light Source, 400Hz, P/N 7502152; CLIN 0003: (Qty 3ea)2955 LGC 72inch UV 5mm Diameter, P/N 1160803; CLIN 0004:(Qty 5ea) OTT4-F402 Turning Toll Kit, P/N K1154656 in support of the Italian AV-8B Support Equipment Program. (v) All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with best commercial practices. Ship to Address: NAVAIR ISS Facility, Bldg 612, Bay 12, MCAS Beaufort, SC 29904 M/F: Italian AV-8B Support Equipment, FMS Case: IT-P-SBH.
