- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to National Technical System. The procurement consist of Qualification testing services including vibration tests, temperature and humidity tests, drop test and radiographic inspections of 31 live Mk 146 HE warheads in accordance with MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-2105 and MIL-STD-901D. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 541380. The FSC code is H999. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
