Description

This announcement hereby amends the prior announcement for this requirement issued on May 16, 2005. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to issue a solicitation for the administration of flexible spending accounts. The OCC anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 3, 2005 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation will contain the details of the required services, instructions for submitting a quote, and how the quotes will be evaluated. This requirement will be issued under full and open competition, using procedures from Part 12 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed rate, commercial item, performance-based IDIQ contract with one base year and four one year option periods. All interested, responsible sources are invited submit a quote, per the instructions contained in the solicitation.
