Description

The U. S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to negotiate and award a modification under Contract No. USZA95-02-D-0011 to BAE Systems IDS, Austin, TX. The authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is applicable. The modification will include development of software to incorporate additional missile symbols and functionality in the Improved Mono-HUD. Software code relating to this procurement was written by BAE and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336413; the business size is 1000. Desired delivery is three (3) months ARO. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Delivery shall be to TAPO, Ft. Eustis, VA.
