Description

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation and equipment and shall plan, schedule coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The contractor shall be required to provide all preventive maintenance, all repair services, all inspections all testing (including testing equipment) and all adjustments services for all elevators, including emergency call back service. The contractor shall repair and/or replace any and all parts and all components necessary to have all elevators safe and functional at all times, in accordance with the latest edition of ASME A17.1. This is a two building complex. Building one is serviced by 6 elevators with 12 stops (4 public and 2 private and 1 dumbwaiter). The manufacture is Dover. Building two is services by 3 elevators with 4 stops. The manufacture is Armor and Atlantic. Full test load were completed in 2003, all elevator are electric. All work shall take place on site 301 North Miami Ave, Miami FL and 300 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL. This solicitation is unrestricted. This requirement includes a base and two option periods. Offerors shall maintain an office in the Miami metro area. Telephone requests for solicitations will not be honored.
