Description

PARSONS, WV HVAC PROJECT WITH ADDITIVE/DEDUCTIVE ITEMS. The USDA Forest Service intends to award a negotiated RFP to cover all labor, materials, and equipment to fabricate and install a complete new HVAC system. Work includes the full range of equipment, construction, demolition, patching and repair services necessary to achieve a fully functional systems that will perform into the next decades with high operational efficiency, a minimum of downtime and minimum maintenance and operation costs. The additive/deductive items include constructing a new security door and security door electronics throughout the building; and demolish and construct new HVAC in Rooms #25 and #18. This project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS at www.eps.gov o/a June 17, 2005. Those contractors NOT downloading solicitation/specs/drawings from website and need a hard copy MUST call Sir Speedy at 610-789-2685 identifying project as PARSONS HVAC Project. There will be a charge and vendors are to work directly with Sir Speedy to work out payment. Bonding will be required. This project is not set-aside for small businesses; however, HUB Zone, 8(a) and Service Disabled Veteran owned construction contractors are encouraged to submit a proposal.
