Description

Construction of Poinsett Watershed Channel Segment Number 7 located in Craighead County, Arkansas. Estimated Quantities of major items of work are: Clearing - 20,950 feet of channel; channel excavation and spoil spreading - 263,000 CY; pipe structures - 2,852 feet; riprap - 3,391 tons; and lump sum items of mboilization, pollution control and construction surveys. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project drawings and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990. This acquisition is unrestricted. Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned and Women-Owned businesses are highly encouraged to participate. Anticipated issue date is on or about June 10, 2005. The solicitation will only be available through the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Instructions for downloading the solicitation are available at this website.
