Description

The VA Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a rental/upgrade of the reverse osmosis system with U.S. Filter to upgrade the existing system to new AAMI/FDA guideline compliant Reverse Osmosis system for the VA Bay Pines Dialysis Center. The contract shall be for a base period of one year with four option renewal years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490, size standard $6.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
