Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide all personnel, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Mobile Bone Density Scan Service at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI. Contract Period of Performance is July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006, with four (4) one year option renewal periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Contract type is firm-fixed price. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, availability, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $11.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about June 3, 2005. Date for receipt of offers is June 20, 2005, 3:30 P.M. CST.
