Description

Purchase test instruments in support of the Electronic Business Administration (EBT) MIDATS Instrument Replacements Angle Position Indicator, Part Number 8810-F13, 2 each; Synchro/Resolver Simulator, Part Number 5330-F1, 2 each; Tandem Rack Mount Kit, Part Number 548557, 2 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders ? Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
