- Description
- Title: Repair Sanitary Sewer Inflow/Infiltration Problems JFSD 641552. Description of work as follows: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the repair of 10 manholes and 1878 linear feet of sewer lining using a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining method. In addition, 5 sanitary sewer pump station wet wells will be rehabilitated/repaired and 1 pump station abandoned. In addition to the other safety codes and manuals referenced in the contract documents, all work must be performed in accordance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and industry accepted safe practices. Award will be made using Past Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting in the best value to the government. Both price and past performance will be evaluating factors when making the award. Magnitude of this project is between $100,00 and $250,000. The performance period for this contract is to be no more than 120 days. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for the project is 237110. The size standard is $12 Million. The government is seeking an 8(a) and/or HUBZone set-aside for this acquisition. Your response must include a positive statement of your remaining bonding capacity, list of similar jobs involving sewer line repair completed within the last three years including references and all contracts now in progress. Your response must be complete and include this information; otherwise the government will assume a reasonable offer by your firm will not be expected. Your response is requested by 16 Jun 05. If you do not reply by this date, we will assume you are not interested in this project. Once issued, offerors must review the solicitation to determine offer eligibility. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central contracting Registration (CCR) database or their proposal will not be considered for award. More information regarding the CCR database can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.bedbizopps.gov/.
