Description

Repair Hydraulics Shop, Building 733 located at Kadena Air Base shall include, but not limited to the following: construction of new rooms to accomodate new hydronic testing equipment, work spaces and office spaces; the renovation work shall consist of installation of new masonry/gypsum interior walls and partition, thermal insulation, floor finishes, ceiling, interior and exterior doors and frames, roll-up door and frame; interior and exterior painting; construction of exterior concrete pad and concrete apron; plumbing fixtures and related piping, air-conditioning and ventilating system, fire protection system, interior lighting and power system, LAN systems; fire suppression system; fire alarm system; compressed air and nitrogen systems; removal and disposal of lead-based paint; asbestos abatement; and other related and incidental work to complete the project. Funds are not currently available for this acquisition. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
