Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO O I ANALYTICAL, CMS FIELD PRODUCTS GROUP. Any company that recognizes these items/services and can provide supporting evidence, including written permission from O I Analytical, to use any proprietary data needed to perform the service described in the specification, to identify themselves. All qualified offerors will be considered for future procurements. However, it is determined that O I Analytical, will retain all proprietary data for its own use and not rel ease any technical data. Prior to exercising any option year under this contract, we will conduct industru surveys to determine whether other vendors have acquired the ability to prodive this service. Provide all parts, supplies, labor, equipment, and perf orm all taks necessary to service and maintain thirty-two (32) government owned minicams, manufactured by CMS research. All equipment is located within the boundaries of Anniston Army Depot, including the Chemical Limited Area. The contract will cover a ba se year and four one year option years. This procurement is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System Code is 811219, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a) (7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following addr ess via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 1 JUNE 05. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obl igation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any sai d amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
