PRON: AX5F0327AX, NSN: 1615-01-158-9517, PN: 70361-03009-047, Quantity: Min: 158 each, Max: 689 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery with First Article is 158 each, 288 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FAT is 158 each, 150 DACA. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft (78286) and W&G Machine (33682), because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to main tain the quality of the part. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can prod uce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains Data that cannot be released except to Government Agencies. No documentation is being released with this solicitation. Acquisition documentation is sole source to the restricted source of supply. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC. SEC 2751 ET SEQ) o r The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of The Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adj usted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
