Description

The physical characteristics of the project include but are not limited to: The installation of steel guardrail, electrical and manual bar gates, concrete pipe bollards, electrical gate operators and loop detectors, gate entry heads with keypad cont rols, an intercom system, concrete foundations for electrical controls, along with supplying the site with jersey vehicle barriers, site restoration and seeding. Estimated dollar value is in the range of $250,000 to $500,000 and the completion period is 6 0 calendar days. The NAICS code for this project is 237990, $28.5 million. Project is open to both large and small business. Plans and Specifications will be provided at World-Wide-Web Internet address: http://www.mvr.usace.army.mil. An official versio n of this solicitation will be posted. Paper copies will not be available from the Government. The apparent successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. No Contract Award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met.
