Description

PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA The work of this project consists of prroviding all labor, equipment, supplies and most materials necessary to construct a maintenance shop and cold storage building at the Headquarters Area of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter, Indiana. The park will provide some of the electrical materials for the work. The work includes, but is not limited to construction of an 8496 sq. ft. wood frame building on an already prepared concrete slab. This work includes framing, insulation, membrane roofing, electrical, interior finishes and overhead doors. Magnitude of project: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
