- NAICS 238990. The U.S. Geological Survey, EROS Data Center, has a requirement for Site Improvements consisting of 1) 276 additional parking spaces behind the existing employee parking lot; 2) Alternate A: remove existing concrete slab, piers, and base for old solar collection area; 3) Alternate B: construct concrete motorcycle parking area located near employee parking area; and 4) Alternate C: miscellaneous repairs to roadway and install drop inlets. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, documentation, and other requirements to complete the projects. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 6/15/2005 and can be found at the following website addresses: http://ideasec.nbc.gov or www.fedbizopps.gov. A site visit is scheduled on 6/22/2005 at 10:00 am CST. The details are listed in the solicitation. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
