Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate contract modifications with Raytheon Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2006-2008 Tactical Tomahawk (Block IV) Range Safety System (RSS) and Flight Test Kit requirements. Up to 10 RSS and Flight Test Kits will be procured in each year and the basic award is planned for first quarter FY2006. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the Tactical Tomahawk. As such, Raytheon is the only known source that possesses the unique expertise, proprietary data, manufacturing equipment and facilities required to perform this effort in the required timeframe.
