Description

Solicitation of Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), FSC Group 65, Part II, Section C, Dental Equipment and Supplies. This soliication has been refreshed and issued on an open and continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offer. New offers may be submitted at any time and the FSS performance period shall be continual. This soliciation will result in multiple-year indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts with an Economic Price Adjustment Provision. The resultant contracts will be FOB Destination and will contain Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) provisions. The soliciation also includes an option to extend the term of the contract. The option clause may be exercised more than once, but the total of the contract period shall not exceed five years. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-MAY-2004).
