Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures within the locations serviced by the 81st Regional Readiness Command. This procurement is divided into Zones One and Zones Three. Zone One consists of the States of Tennessee (counties of Hamilton, Greene, Knox, Davidson, Anderson, and Shelby), Kentucky (counties of Hopkins, Davis, McCracken, Nelson, Kenton, Faye tte, and Jefferson) and Mississippi (counties of Coahoma and Lee). Zone Three consists of the States of Alabama (counties of Sumter, Montgomery, Lee, Pike, Macon, Jefferson, Calhoun, Pickens, Madison, Walker, Colbert, and Tuscaloosa), Georgia (counties of Muscogee, Clark, Cobb, Lawrence, Fulton, Peach, Hall, Bibb, Floyd, Dekalb, and Clayton), and Mississippi (counties of Lincoln, Forrest, Jones, Hinds, Lauderdale, Warren, Hinds, Washington, Leflore, and Oktibbeha). The period of performance is twelve mont hs from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. Multiple awards are possible, however, no more than one contract will be awarded in each zone. The Government guarantees a minimum of $2 5,000.00 per year per zone. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Per FAR 19.10, this acquisition is being issue pursuant to th e Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and a subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Program. Therefore, this acquisition shall be issued unrestricted. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in w riting.
