- Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to Construct a pre-engineered metal building facility for Textbook Issue Facility at Main Post, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Contract duration is 280 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued via internet on/ about July 7, 2005, with bid opening on/about August 9, 2005. Firm, Fixed-Price. Start work 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The statutory cost limitation applicable to this project is $750,000. The NAISC Code is 236210. Small business size is $28.5 million. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program on an unrestricted basis. No Government Furnished Property is included i n this project.
