- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services and supervision necessary to complete the installation of a new underground water distribution system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas as described in the project pl ans and specifications. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 237110. A solicitation will be issued on or about 21 June 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Texas National Guard EBS site at: http://www.agd.stat e.tx.us/ebs/EBSMSAdd.asp?SolicitationNumber=W912L1-05-B-0003. The specifications and drawings for this project are located on the Federal Data Technical Solutions (FedTeDs) website at: https://www.fedteds.gov.
