- SP0750-05-R-3822. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 3 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. The major FSCs of this requirement are 2510, 2530 and 2590. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is an Unrestricted with Other Than Full & Open competition acquisition. Small Business Size Standard is 750 for NAICS 336322. The solicitation will be available on June 29, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccol.com/rfp. The PIDs will be available on the Internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp as of the issue date. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required, delivery to be made to locations specified in the solicitation. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. See note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
