- The VA Illiana Health Care System (IHCS), Danville, IL has a requirement for Readjustment Counseling Services for eligible veterans referred by IHCS. Contract service is defined as individual, group, and family counseling, job and career counseling, and substance abuse counseling, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems, which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty to civilian life. Service providers submitting offers in response to the solicitation must be physically located in the Illinois county or counties of Pike, Brown, Scott, Calhoun, Green, Cass, Jersey, Macoupin, Adams, or Morgan. Contract will be for one-year with provisions for two one-year options. The NAICS 624190 applies to this solicitation. A firm is considered small if its average annual receipts for the last three years do not exceed $6.0 million.
