Description

It is the intent of the Government to award a firm fixed-price contract for janitorial services at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System?s (VASNHS) Readjustment Counseling Center, hereafter referred to as the ?Outreach Center? in the Redstone Office Building at 1919 S. Jones Boulevard, Suite A, Las Vegas, NV 89146. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies specified herein to perform janitorial services, as defined under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720. The Size Standard is $14.0 M. The contract period shall be for a base period from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 and four (4) one-year option periods, from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2010. The solicitation shall be available via FedBizOpps (http://fedbizopps.gov) on or about June 3, 2005.
